Inexpensive prices for very nice products for skin, hair, and cosmetics. One of the few businesses that is not charging 3 percent surcharge for credit card transactions. The cashier is very pleasant and knows exactly what's in his store. Quarter to Ten is a busy store with lots of happy customers.

Excellent selection, everyone at this store**, is so incredibly helpful. I definitely recommend, If as An individual interested in makeup, extensions, wigs, etc. Definitely the place to go! My mother who had a subdural hematoma, which included the craniotomy to release the pressure of the bleed. Was looking for a wig in the meantime, while her hair grows back. They were so helpful. My mom had a great time and loved the experience! Wants to come back, as soon as possible.
