In December 2005 I hired Quarry Stone to produce and install a kitchen countertop. Within one year the countertop started cracking near the stove. My calls for service or warranty were ignored, and little contact from Quarry Stone was heard. They claimed next time they were in the Ripon area they would stop by to investigate the problem.
