I ordered a kayak motor from them about 3 weeks ago and as far as I can tell it has not been shipped. It also doesn’t seem like there is any intention of shipping it. There’s been no communication after the confirmation email. Not sure if it’s a scam, the company seems to be real. Seems more like poor customer service bordering on gross incompetence. Such a wonderful experience! The booking was super easy, communication was good, and the gentleman helping with the equipment was great. That’s all in addition to the beautiful, peaceful space you kayak through. Definitely our new go to kayak spot!
We purchased a kayak from here. They did ship it to another state and everything went as planned. The pick up went very well. We would use them again.
