The technician was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. I was less than happy about having to pay an additional several hundred dollars for services not covered by my Quarry Hills "Comfort Club" maintenance plan but the technician showed me what was wrong and clearly explained why the additional services were needed.
Andrew was knowledgeable, skilled and had great communication skills. He serviced our central air system, and answered all of our questions, efficiently and kindly. He is a very positive person!
Anytime I’ve had an issue Quarry Hills is quick to send someone out. I’ve dealt with Andrew the last few times and he’s a wealth of knowledge and I feel confident in his work!
