Towed our only family car to Commercial Motors due to engine failure. Said they were busy and couldn’t look at it for week or two. Six weeks later without our only car, they finally started work on it, they believed misfitted timing belt caused engine damage £1500 to fix. However, engine fault occurred again after their fix, causing repeat damage, apparently “my fault” for them mis-diagnosing problem, bill now £2000.
