It's been 23 degrees outside and I have a contract with top off service throughout the year. My on demand hot water heater stopped working so I paid 300 dollars for plumbers to come out and discover there was no gas in the tank. I called quarles and was told they would get a tech out asap. Called back 2 hours later and they said it will be sometime tommorrow.
