We got signed up Nov 19. Since we are new owners to this house, we were told we needed a safety inspection before they would schedule a delivery. We started out with 40% in the tank. It is now Dec 10. I have left many emails and called multiple times, no one picks up after an hour on hold, and no one has called me back to schedule the safety inspection. This company is the worst do not I repeat do not get a fuel account with them. You can have their fuel services for 20 years and if you’re late one time I mean a day late they threaten to close your account and charge you fees. I’ve been with them for almost three years and hardly late they put you on a ten day cycle and won’t even try to set up 15 or monthly payments. Run from this company!
I work for the city of Fredericksburg, I went to fuel the city car ant the Quarles petroleum on Warrenton rd and got sprayed with gas coming from the tank not the hose., had to abandon my route to go home and shower. Called later to report it and was told it had been reported. I never contracted with Quarles for their fuel oil deliveries, however I tried repeatedly to speak to someone about setting up an agreement for fuel oil deliveries (residential). After days of ignored messages, return phone calls that were promised and never happened, and constant "push 9 for this, push 14 for that" only to get a canned reply that says "leave your message and we will return your call during normal business hours"......and I called them every time during normal business hours.
