I work for the city of Fredericksburg, I went to fuel the city car ant the Quarles petroleum on Warrenton rd and got sprayed with gas coming from the tank not the hose., had to abandon my route to go home and shower. Called later to report it and was told it had been reported. I told them I had clothes that were drenched with gas. ⛽️ like at least say I'm sorry for your experience and inconvenience, not yeah someone already called earlier. I never contracted with Quarles for their fuel oil deliveries, however I tried repeatedly to speak to someone about setting up an agreement for fuel oil deliveries (residential). After days of ignored messages, return phone calls that were promised and never happened, and constant "push 9 for this, push 14 for that" only to get a canned reply that says "leave your message and we will return your call during normal business hours"......and I called them every time during normal business hours. It doesn't help if you order 2 weeks in advanced, they will take forever to deliver and leave you without propane. You can sign up for the budget plan to receive automatic deliveries, but what kind of company uses a PDF through unsecure email to collect your information? I would leave them but I already paid for a delivery that is supposedly being delivered soon.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANOTHER PROPANE PROVIDER! No matter what you do they will stick you with fees, even when you meet the requirements for fees to be waived.
