This company has two purposes, taking orders, delivering orders. They do not manufacture anything. My previous provider who was bought out by Quarles was a small town provider who gave great service, both by taking my order and delivering it promptly. Not this company. I would call Noblett and the phone would be "picked" up after two rings. They took my order and I would hang up....30 seconds at the most. When I called Quarles........I was put on hold for 15 min......with numerous recordings. Noblett also delivered in 2 or 3... read more
