The most unprofessional office staff I have ever dealt with. Didn’t give a call back when I called when having issues post operatively. Post operative appointment was scheduled for 8/6/25 at 1015. After waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes, I question the staff and find out that they hadn’t even checked me in. I had to leave due to my blood sugar dropping. Getting damn tired of calling and music answers, no one picks up the phone. You notified to call and change my appointment. How about answer the damn phone.😡
They obviously do not care as we all seem to have the same complaint! Office manager needs to be fired!
Dr Kay is really good. I would give him 5 Stars. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the office staff. No one ever answers the phone when you call. As an elderly person I cannot tell you how frustrating this is. When you call you either leave a message on the machine or are sent to an answering service. The messages are never delivered to your Doctor as far as I can tell. No one ever calls you back and I have found the only way to communicate with them is to stop by their office, which is a hassle to say the least. You ... read more
My husband has been having significant difficulty urinating, which has caused both of us a great deal of stress and concern. We were instructed to collect a urine sample at home using a container provided and labeled by their office, and were told to return it as soon as possible once he was able to provide one. He was finally able to give a sample, and I made a very stressful and rushed trip immediately to ensure it was returned promptly.
