It's been 23 degrees outside and I have a contract with top off service throughout the year. My on demand hot water heater stopped working so I paid 300 dollars for plumbers to come out and discover there was no gas in the tank. I called quarles and was told they would get a tech out asap. Called back 2 hours later and they said it will be sometime tommorrow. one of the worst experiences ive had with a propane company. granted i have yet to find a company that has any customer service. from rude staff on the phone. being forced to fill out a credit check before they would even call me. to waiting for ages to get the only person in the company to do a site survey. not calling before they show up. walking into my house and not even leaving a card or giving my wife his name. just the biggest waste of time. just bad all around and I haven't even paid them for work yet. it can't get ... read more
