Our business has an auto fill account with Quarles. The last time they came here they did not fill the tanks completely. Saturday Sunday and Monday we have no heat. It is 40 degrees in the showroom. Nobody answers the emergency number. They did the same thing last year during the holiday season. Terrible customer service.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!!!! There is no one EVER at their front royal office. And if there is someone there they are NO help and very rude.. People next door at Keen's are great and were willing to help As much as they could.. Maybe you should pay them since they have more customer service then your folks there.. I wish there was an option for NO STARS!!!!
Did not get a receipt which is required by my company, Call Fleet services and they were going to email a receipt of course they never did. Fuel prices are higher than other stations nearby. Never again will purchase fuel there. Customer service - 0.0
I called early Monday morning, and was told I'd definitely get it within 5 business days, but likely that week, and the driver would call the day before and day of delivery. Come Friday, no delivery, and the following Monday, no delivery or phone calls. I called several times to see what was happening, and got a $0.20 discount because the five day guarantee wasn't honored. We diddid get oil until Wednesday, and I still never received a call before they delivered. I will use a different company in the future.
