Superior Propane, which bought out corals propane this company is a complete substandard rip off company they charge way higher dollar values than their product is in comparison to others. They have lousy delivery service. They never come when they say, they’re supposed to come when we get to 15% they never have I have to continue to call them. Poor service and when I call I’m talking to a nice lady but she is in South Carolina?

Put in a request for refill January 11th. Still waiting. We are less than 5% as of today 2/25/26. This is the only problem we have ever had but the lack of proper communication to explain a 6 week delay is greatly frustrating.

We have been a loyal customer to Quarles since 2018. We had never had a problem with receiving propane or customer service when Quarles was in charge, however, once they were bought out by Superior Plus we have not been pleased at all. We have been on auto delivery and were scheduled to receive a delivery on Jan 21 before a snowstorm, however, we did not receive our delivery and ran out of propane.
