This is a WARNING to anyone thinking about using this company. We’ve had them for almost 5yrs, and everything was going well before they were bought out by superior. Since the buyout customer service, and pricing has changed drastically and none for the better. My family and I have called multiple times for our gas and of course still two weeks with nothing. We call and only get fed with lies over the phone about our gas being delivered the next day. There is another company that supplies gas and actually value customer service and does their job. MediGas. Also, know that if they tell you your gas IS scheduled for today or the next day, if their CDL driver is out of hours, they will pull that driver and will not communicate with you that you no longer will receive your gas even if ... read more

I smelled gas and I am out of gas because I think there is a leak. I got the driveway plowed and called first thing this morning. They sent out a guy in their standard truck and he said it’s too slippery to go up our hill. I called back and asked them to send a smaller truck that could make it up. They said they don’t have smaller trucks or four wheel drive vehicles just big tankers. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? You are serving a mountainous region. Customer service is horrible, Ive been told for over a week that Im scheduled for a delivery and that hasn’t happened every day I called and its the same thing you’re on the schedule for today, were almost at the end of another business day and still no delivery as a new customer Im the least impressed with this company.

Horrible service. Don’t depend on them in winter. They say 7-10 business days for delivery during a winter storm. How is that an appropriate time for an emergency response? It’s shameful. These are typical winter conditions, nothing insurmountable. Show up for your customers.
