They never come when they say, they’re supposed to come when we get to 15% they never have I have to continue to call them. Poor service and when I call I’m talking to a nice lady but she is in South Carolina?

Put in a request for refill January 11th. Still waiting. We are less than 5% as of today 2/25/26. This is the only problem we have ever had but the lack of proper communication to explain a 6 week delay is greatly frustrating.

We have been a loyal customer to Quarles since 2018. We had never had a problem with receiving propane or customer service when Quarles was in charge, however, once they were bought out by Superior Plus we have not been pleased at all. We have been on auto delivery and were scheduled to receive a delivery on Jan 21 before a snowstorm, however, we did not receive our delivery and ran out of propane. Absolutely the worst company Iv ever delt with, I can never speak to anyone who knows my information, we’ve ran out of gas multiple times within a few months, Iv been promised to be on an autofill program and Iv yet to see any updates, Very rude staff, the wait times are ridiculous and unreasonable, and the best of all I was made to sign a contract before we exchanged any information, that I have to pay hundreds of dollars to get out of, very ignorant with the fact I’m only wanting to leave because this company can’t hold up... read more
