Currently sitting with no propane in tank. Called 3 weeks ago to initiate this process, No gas check until yesterday. Can't ever get anyone on the phone and asked for a supervisor to call me back and was told "ma'am they won't be able to help you either." Worst experience. Now no power, no propane, and the low is 8 degrees tonight.
