The vehicle was sold to me from IIDeal Motors LLC, with a valid 06/2025 Virginia safety inspection sticker and without disclosure of several serious safety and mechanical issues. Within the same day of purchase, I discovered the following critical problems: • Worn or damaged tie rods • Defective sway bar links • Worn struts • Inoperable windshield wipers • Tampered or disabled check engine light Quarles auto service did not do a thorough inspection on the car.
Quayle’s is the best by far! Service is top tier, very friendly, I’ll drive or tow my car here before I go anywhere else.
