Boardwalk is one of the best in Canada! Their prices are very reasonable compared to other companies. As a student managing both studies and family expenses, affordability matters a lot to me, and Boardwalk makes that possible. We are already planning to move with them again if we find a good deal. Thank you, Boardwalk and the management team, for giving us the best homely and family-like experience during our first residency in Canada. It truly felt like home.
Do not recommend at all. Building stinks really bad. So difficult to contact the office. Outside of building is never cleaned and grass is always full of garbage. Laundry machines hardly worked and when tried to contact maintenance nothing was done. Passed all inspections before moving out and then received a bill of over 600$ of “damage and repair”.
