We were not satisfied with the service. During the property viewing, we clearly explained our situation and mentioned that we would likely need to move to a better apartment or townhouse after a couple of months. We specifically asked whether the rental was month-to-month, and the leasing agent assured us that we could move out at any time. Because of those assurances, we trusted the information provided and unfortunately did not review the lease carefully enough, only to later discover that it was actually a one-year lease.... read more
