Terrible service. I was trying to make an appointment to have my hail damage estimated for an insurance claim. The receptionist accused me of attempting to make her job harder because my insurance didn’t provide an “assignment” to take pictures of my car. She was extremely rude and short with me. I took my car over to m&m and they took care of the insurance estimate no problem.

I have been a Quantz customer since early 2000 and I've had nothing but great service. They have had the privilege to work on at least five vehicles I've owned, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Most important, If there were any type off a flaw after repairs, they gladly took care of it with no additional charge. My daughter is a customer now. I will say this, when the choice is mine to make, it's Quantz.

We took our 2015 Nissan Altima automobile to Quanz for collision repair. The repair was performed to the quoted price and on time. The Craftsmanship was exceptional. Our automobile was washed and thoroughly vacuumed, the automobile was returned immulicate. Quanz shuttle van was able to drop us off and pick us up. I heard about Quanz from friends and family they lived up to and exceeded every recommendation. I highly recommend Quanz, they did a fantastic job.

Absolutely fantastic service! Jerry at the Westside location is great. This comes from someone who hates anything having to do with car insurance and accident repair. This is a great place.

I will never use their services again. This is not bad repair but a case of down right horrible customer service. From the gates I should have known this was going to be bad.. I walk in not a very friendly greeting.. They have me fill out a paper. The women behind the desk was super unconvinced by the fact I did not know the claim #. I filled out the paperwork and asked how long it takes for the estimate. I was answered with 30 minutes.. if you have the time. ( very rude). I had an accident 2014 Toyota Sienna wheelchair accessible van towed to Quanz the afternoon of July 18th. I was told the following week it would take a month to repair. In the beginning everyone was courteous and called every few days. Last Tuesday I recived a call from an estimator that the vehicle was going into the paint booth the following day and should be done miday on friday the 8th. My car had a loud noise coming from the engine and Quanz was the closest place to pull into. They got me in right then and there but told me it would take them a day to fully diagnose the vehicle and they would get me in a rental. Turns out they have an enterprise inside of their office too! They gave me a car to drive and didn't charge me because I was getting my car serviced.
