Loved this place! Met up with a friend for the sauna and cold plunge, very clean establishment with great staff! Also I LOVE that they don’t allow shoes!! Will definitely be back ◡̈

The experience is really hard to describe in words, it can only be felt. However, I will do my best. I chose the expansion room at the quantum spa and lets just say it was magical. The vibrations were powerful, the frequencies of the sounds made me experience a healing I have never experienced before. My awareness levels heightened and for those 60 minutes, I was like, pains?
