Ryan is absolutely the best! Her expertise and knowledge about all the equipment & methods she uses is unsurpassed! I have personally been in 2 sessions with her and I can say without a doubt that I’m in very good hands. I am looking forward to our upcoming sessions. I highly recommend her!

Ryan runs a top class wellness facility in Ocala. As a dressage rider I found the exercises extremely helpful to isolate specific muscles and improve riding performance. Ryan has excellent knowledge of physiology and the complimentary therapies helped my recovery. 100% recommend
