I am a US Navy Veteran with two Persian Gulf tours under my belt. Plant Manager, Mr. Michael Cole is highly unprofessional and hostile. I did absolutely nothing to warrant his extremely rude and hostile behavior over the phone. I was given his business card with all his contact information from the receptionist.
