Dropped from 5 stars to 2 stars. The installation was professional and the workmanship great, but the sound system hasn’t worked properly since day one. I’ve reached out to QSI multiple times and received no response. Poor follow-up and customer service ruined what started as a great experience.
Quantum did work on our new construction home and they were wonderful to work with.
Rodney was out yesterday to install our system. Very friendly, very personable while still being professional. Was able to get on schedule within a few days of first contact. Pricing is very fair. Rodney was very knowledgeable about what he installed.
Annie is so amazing!!
