The worst possible sailmaker. I had 2 new sails built. They were too lazy to measure my boat , instead they messaged my old sails that were in their loft. Sadly whoever did it did not stretch the old sails out properly so my new sails were 16 inches too short. the sales guy Andrew Waters could not be bothered to help me fit the new sails, instead when I told them they were too short he told me I did not know how to rig a sail properly. This might go long so pardon my wordiness in advance. I've only been dealing with this loft since the fall of 2022, but every time I need anything they are quick to react, prompt with their service, and the level of attention I receive makes me feel like I am their top priority. They always seem to have an opening to get my sails in for maintenance and the turn around, even when doing major alterations, is faster than the window I give them for the "I'd like them back by date".
