Great staff, very friendly and helpful!
This might go long so pardon my wordiness in advance. I've only been dealing with this loft since the fall of 2022, but every time I need anything they are quick to react, prompt with their service, and the level of attention I receive makes me feel like I am their top priority. They always seem to have an opening to get my sails in for maintenance and the turn around, even when doing major alterations, is faster than the window I give them for the "I'd like them back by date". I want to thank Chris so much my husband and I were in a bind...nothing to do with sails or sailing..but he so kindly was able to help us..he used his precious time and talent and made little money.
