The sonographer forced an internal ultrasound without my consent, and left me in immense agony. I made formal complaint. People with female organs beware, there is danger at this place. It has caused me so much trauma for the last 4 months that I'm too scared to have any further ultrasounds even in gynaecology for fear of agony and flashbacks. My experience was average overall. The receptionist came across as rude, which wasn’t a great first impression. The staff who performed the scan were okay, but the overall service didn’t feel like it was focused on providing excellent customer satisfaction. I’ve since found another radiology clinic that I prefer, so I won’t be returning.
I had a great experience I went to get a CT Scan and everyone was lovely and professional.
Renee at Quantum Radiology goes above and beyong for her patients. She is attentive, super helpful and very effective and efficient in what she does! I can't sing Renee's praises high enough! All the staff at Quantum St Marys are wonderful, and Renee is a stand out!
