I went to the clinic on Wednesday and was assured the Xray would be available for my specialist appointment the following Monday. I attended my Specialist appointment and he was unable to access my Xray as they had not been uploaded. Upon calling the clinic, they said they couldn't help as the uploading of Xrays is handled by another party. What a lovely place I had a hip x ray done here today after a fall and this place was fantastic wonderful friendly reception staff Valerie & Renee the radiologists just lovely efficient gentle and friendly Vicky & Husham such nice people fast efficient gentle and a great team !

If i could give 0 stars i would. The receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. We had a referral for a CT scan and decide to look on google to find a radiology place. We saw this place and after looking at the reviews, we were a bit sceptical as a lot of the reviews were negative but since we were on a time crunch and about 3pm we decide to go in anyway. The lady from CT scan very unprofessional, she was eating food while doing the scan which disgusting thing to do. They booked us for 12 midday, as soon as went there, all staff went on lunch break and we had to wait another 1 hr for them to be back from lunch break.
