I have only good things to say about this company. The rental process was very professional and straightforward. Love the quality of the building and my apartment, the beauty of the neighbourhood-Poco-the welcome gift (thanks!), the portal to have access to important documentation, notifications, etc Communication with management and senior management has been very positive. They take good care of buildings they manage and are great with tenants 🙂
Unprofessional people working here. They asked us to fill out rental application to be able to view a unit in Port Coquitlam. After the viewing, Meghan, Jen's assistant asked to call our references. 9 different references were called that day meanwhile she was reviewing multiple other applications and calling other applicant's references. They have no sense of respect for applicants and their references time and are working on multiple different applications at one time to ensure maximum profitability for their firm. very un... read more
Jennifer hogrebe has been the most helpful agent at Quantum and has been through thick and thin with me as a rental tenant for close to 9 years. My apartment caught fire and sadly ended our relationship from rental manager and tenant, but I will always appreciate her help. Thank you for everything
