Wonderful program, and amazing, caring supportive staff! Everytime my son attends, he comes home even more excited about the next time he gets to go to EmployAbility. He counts the days until he gets to go back. This is truly his happy place, and we are so blessed to have them in our lives!
My daughter has been attending for almost 4 years and loves it! We are so appreciative that there is such a well managed compassionate place for her. She looks forward to going everyday.
My son has been attending Employability for over ten years. The administration is very responsive to our needs. My son has a community of friends there and is always happy to attend.
Son was referred by his support coordinator. Response was “ not interested”. We found that response to be rude and unprofessional. We pressed for a further explanation. Response this time “ not a good fit” ( overused catchphrase that provides no detail). It provided no useful information… just a big brush off. I worked as a mental health administrator for many years. If someone in my organization responded to a referral like this, there would have been consequences.
They take very good care of their patients.. They keep my person engaged person engaged with projects and volunteer work and volunteer work it is very rewarding for him.
