I saw Deqlhan for my calf soreness, and he was excellent! He was thorough and helped me out a bunch. The space is beautiful and the staff is awesome!

I went to see David at Quantum Performance for my condition in my right knee as it was very sore and I was experiencing a lot of pain. David was great at recognising what was wrong and sent me for strength testing at the Biomechanics Lab and then provided me with advice and specific exercises to strengthen my hamstrings and glutes which were the lagging muscles causing the pain in the front of my knee.
