Friendly staff!
Dr Barb is very good, knowledgeable, calm with kids (kids love her). Easy to talk to her if you have questions
Unfortunately, I had an extremely bad experience with this office. The staff are less than attentive, and quite rude. As well, the actual orthodontist Dr. Frackowiak was extremely neglectful in her care for me. It seems there is a lack of patient care, as well as a lack of proper education. I say this as she caused more harm than anything to my teeth. As per multiple orthodontist’s opinions, as well as a periodontist, I could have avoided almost all of it I didn’t make the mistake of trusting her with my dental health. Maybe... read more
