Ordered a guitar amp and they sent me a wildlife kit. Tried to call them, never got a response. Returned the item through Amazon and 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund of my 260 dollars. From all the reviews I've just now read, I wouldn't suggest doing business with this company.

I bought a wireless headset for my husband, decided wanted to send back and get the next headset with more features. Returned the item the next day requesting a refund, to my surprise my refund didn't go back to my card instead I have a gift card on Amazon!

Bought a guitar pedal from here. Guitar pedal never worked so I sent it back months ago after my product return was accepted, and I haven’t gotten my money back and I can’t even get ahold of them. They will not respond or give me my refund after they said they will. I would never associate myself with anything regarding quantum.

Try and get in contact with this company, I will bet that they will respond in maybe 2 weeks but that is a stretch. It usually takes me over 2 weeks and well over 5 emails to get in contact with them. I received two mics when I ordered three and it was the worst return process I have ever went through. I have since returned all mics and my refund is taking 3x as long as expected. I have sent multiple emails and posted multiple reviews and still no answer or refund. Will never work this company again.

Quantum Networks is not best to buy product.not good quality
