I was amazed at the individualised care given to me as my needs were diagnosed. As I left I already felt stronger and in less pain. I found I was standing straighter and with more confidence and the effects of my treatment continued in the weeks afterwards.

i visited Ginn in April when I was having trouble with my back. It wasn't bad but did not go away as it usually did. I have osteoarthritis in my right hip. Earlier this year as I went to get out of bed first thing in the morning I heard an almighty crunch in my lower back an was unable to stand upright. I had to shuffle to the toilet and spent the rest of the day in bed in agony. A couple of days later I managed to get myself to a massage which have me some relief, but it only lasted a few hours.
