Good afternoon my dr had ordered a PICC line to be scheduled and MeIssa called me to schedule it. I wanted to share how professional and attentive she was in scheduling my appointment. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She is an employee that all companies would want to represent them to the patient. In the future if I need services I will request quest simply because of the great customer service I received from Missy. Thank you again.
My husband had a CT Scan 8 days ago and he was told he would have results in 2-3 days. When we contacted the doctors office they said there is a 7 to 10 day backlog. This is unacceptable.

Someone in manamement clearly needs to evaluate staffing. I had a CT scan 6 days ago at UPMC. I was told my doctor would have my results within 4 days. Upon calling Quantum we were told that they have at minimum a 10 day backlog. This is not quality healthcare!
