I thought I would write a post after a few years of moving in. My thoughts about this build were as follows. Price and concept drafting were excellent.. They continued to build and honour their pricing during the Covid period. Trades were tough to get but they soldiered on but some trades were better than others. To be frank the slab was poured too late in the day and impacted the finish but to their word they rectified this by grinding and levelled the floors. Good quality builder. 1. Quality custom design. Raft slab, brick wall, hard wood beams, granite bench. 2. Flexible.. allow me to build the home I want at my budget... I spent more on structure and less on flooring and doors. 3. Their price for custom build is lots cheaper than volume builders. I can attest to this having gone through a process with a volume builder which full of unwanted surprises in the end. 4. I have had 3 homes built over the years .This time l chose Quantum and they built by far the best home.Price Quality/Finish excellent.Scott the site manager was meticulous.They designed what l asked .. I couldn’t be happier.. Max Grant.
Stay away although they were great to deal with during the building of our home. Once the faults appear and they will due to poor quality trades they don't want to know you. Extremely arrogant especially one individual I won't name . What a pity for Quantum I have five adult children who won't be building with them instead one has already built with another company your loss Quantum
