Gavin is an absolute gem. He has the best bedside manner, and conducted an extremely thorough consultation with me. I loved the way that he explained each step of the tests to let me know what to expect, and then broke down the information in an easy to understand way. I never felt rushed, and he took his time listening patiently and allowing me to ask as many questions as I needed to. I ordered a Phonak D-Dry from Quantum Hearing for my mother. From the moment I placed the order to receiving it, Gavin's customer services was impeccable. We had a little issue with delivery (Victoria to NSW). I reached out to check the address with Gavin and he replied with a photo of the package and also said 'I’ve also been monitoring and was wondering why it keeps trying to forward it to NSW delivery', it was an Australian Post issue, the item was delivered safely.
