Quantum was highly recommended by a friend of mine who was very happy with the service. I thought I would "buy" mine from a big box store to save money but after realizing I had to wait weeks for an appointment, wait weeks to receive them and then if there was a problem would I need to wait again? I called Quantum on a Weds and luckily there was a cancellation. During the last ten days or so, I received and appreciated first class attention from a very nice professional gentleman, Dr. Reza Ataee.
I have been very pleased with the price and service at Quantum. I have had 3 appointments after purchase to ensure that the hearing aids are working properly and that I know how to carry out required maintenance.
My mom and I have been working with the team from Quantum - and the care and attention we have received has been remarkable. My mom’s life has dramatically improved. The kindness and expertise from the doctor was so appreciated. Big sincere thank you.
