Incredible fitness hack! 21 mins on the vasper couple of times per week improved my VO2 max exponentially. Awesome state of the art facilities and personalised service, Linda is a health guru (and a good laugh always). Highly recommend checking it out
Linda helped me get relief from a sore stiff neck which Dr's told me I had to live with and just prescribed an anti-inflammatory. The Body Work sessions Linda performed gave me instant relief and I now do not suffer with pain. I was also showed techniques to help reduce the chance of my neck seizing up again. Could not recommend this business enough.

Ive been using VASPER training every week for 2years. It's a combination of "Blood Flow Restriction Training", "High Intensity Interval Training" and "Cryotherapy". These 3 types of good stresses(physical shocks) have been helping me to boost energy up, speed up recovery process and even build up my muscles.
