Absolutely horrendous service. I’ve unfortunately been dealing with this company for quite some time. Nothing but issues. Each time I speak to someone there they change the story. They refused to take a complaint, mishandled numerous claims and do not return important phone calls.. They have provided incorrect information to me on several occasions. They have cost me thousands of dollars of out-of-pocket payments. I will not even think about going to a Dr. appt until I have a preauthorization completed. I am baffled that th... read more
This is the most difficult insurance company ever. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Right now, because of the errors they said they would correct, I have been overcharged by almost $1,000.00. UGH Not recommended at all.
