BEWARE..Equivalent to handing your package to the homeless guy on the corner and trusting him to ship it. When they lose your package they will be 0 help, not respond to emails or calls, immediately become rude when they are reached, refuse to pull their camera footage, and they are not responsible for your product even though you had insurance on it. Now I'm out a Playstation (convenient product to go missing) and I've had to refund the buyer. Opening a complaint with the BBB
