The services provided by Quantum are outstanding. The team is courteous, professional, friendly and competent. I have relied on them for several years, and they never disappoint. I even called them for a major septic problem on Memorial Day, and they came immediately to solve the issue. I recommend them highly and without reservation.
Excellent communication and timely service! Called on a Saturday for a plugged line going from house to septic tank. Owner and son were out within an hour and had us fixed up in no time at all. Professional, polite, no BS. These guys are always willing to help and give advice. I recommend their service to anyone in need!
Provided an expensive service without quoting first. Charged me twice to fix a problem and it is still not solved. Took my money and then never returned my calls. Now will not finish the job. Very very bad experience all around. Would not recommend.
Quantum Environmental is the BEST! They respond quickly, they are professional and prompt, they have addressed both our septic (pumping, cleaning filter), and done a drain cleaning that addressed slow and bubbling drains that have been a problem for years! They are reasonably priced and easy to deal with. We won't use anyone else!
