Trash service! It is extremely unethical of you to hold the funds of a paying customer. This practice is dishonest and likely illegal! I am reporting this incident to the BBB. I definitely do NOT recommend this payment processor.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unethical and hold customers funds without warning or proper communication.
Garbage processor. They basically told us after 2 years of paying them fees to screw off because we made a 3,000 sale and are only approved for 200 after openly admitting that ever done sales over 1000 in the past. We will not be using them or referring them anymore. They sell you the processing and claim theres a contract restricting transactions . Use square .
