I have been with who is now known as Quantum Credit Union for years. The customer service I received at the branch and on the phone on 3/22/2025 was horrendous. I now question the systems in place to protect me from fraudulent charges.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Calling to reset my password and username for online banking because I forgot the information. When I call they ask for my user number. Why would I remember that, if I can't remember the other information. Your username should be your email, this would make it way easier. I am trying to do is pay my car loan. Do not bank here. Bank somewhere else.

EDIT: They reached out to me and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. The worker who contacted me was very helpful, thank you! Seems it was just a misunderstanding. Been using Quantum for years, typically I do mobile deposit because it's convenient and I typically get the money within a couple of hours if not next day. I went in today to deposit my paycheck because I was passing by anyways and my funds won't be available until 2/18?
