Just became a new member since they bought out Equishare. Don't bother calling. Everyone just passes the buck to someone else. Trying to pay your bil online, can't because you are not set up on the new site, and all you get is attitude from the CSR. I tried to take care of the issus, was told I would get a call back and then 3 hours later, finally get the call back and still nothing but attitude. I am so glad this car is almost paid off. I won't be borrowing from Quantum again. Not that I did to begin with.

This merger has been a disaster in my opinion. Rudeness on the part of customer service, unable to get through on phone because of being on hold so long it drops the call. Never receiving the debit card I was supposed to have before March 1. Having to go through adding all my bill pay and recurring payments. After over 45 years, it’s sad to say goodby to what was a good credit union, but no more.

Me and my husband both have savings accounts and car loans and decided to get shared checking account and financial officer decided to go to lunch instead of helping us and we told teller we drove from newton so we are trying another bank and I might add there was no one in lobby or drive up very upset

The set-up of their ATM and drive thru teller tube is atrocious

I’ve been in to Quantum Credit Union several times over the last several months for check deposits and cash withdrawal since my primary credit union is located in Utah, but through the Shared Branching connection I’m able to do the transactions I need to get things done. Quincee is always so pleasant. Keep up the good work!
