Nice coffee, long waiting time and mediocre service. Over 20 minutes for 2 coffees as they forgot about my order :(
Cafetera ubicada frente al castillo de Cardiff. Atencin rpida y correcta por parte del empleado.
This is a lovely independent coffee shop offering great coffee related gifts too. I have enjoyed a quick drink here post court but also a nice place to sit and work for a few hours and enjoy a Chai Latte and delicious choc chip Welsh cakes.
When you ask for a coffee 'extra hot' and it is tepid to say the least. I stood in the que, patiently waiting for someone to recognise there was a problem, for the lady to question me on whether it was really 'tepid' or not. Awful service.
Rude and abrupt service, not great coffee, no atmosphere.
