Ripoff and untrustworthy Bought our machine two and a half years ago and have had non stop problems since we bought it. They have no idea about their machines and have charged us for parts that were under warranty also told us recently they use second hand wherever they can (still charge full price though). We have been informed by a third party engineer our pot needs to be replaced which has a lifetime warranty and Quantum Blast refuse to do anything or answer emails and phone calls.
