They did some okay work for setting up our car to camper connection. They didn’t do everything we asked. Also, he removed our camper battery without telling us. We went back for it and he said it exploded and threw it away. We got nothing, not even an offer for a battery replacement at cheaper. Won’t go back.
Sean at Quantum fitted us in at short notice to investigate the issue we had with batteries in our F250, as we travel the NT. He quickly diagnosed the problem and sourced and fitted 2 new batteries for us, and also advised on ongoing care. He was also able to fix the issue we had with the Enerdrive charging system in the canopy of the truck. Sean went out of his way to help us and we would recommend his business to anyone passing through Mount Isa.
Shaun was awesome. I dropped off the van. He diagnosed the issue within 30min and replaced the part and fixed it within the next hour or so. He explained how it works and took time to set it up for me. And it didn’t break the bank. Thank you.
What a fantastic find this business was. While travelling through the area we had electrical troubles with our Caravan and we were lucky enough to find Shaun and his team to help us out.
