I have had the worst experience with the front desk receptionist at this office. She consistently provides inaccurate information, misrepresents the practice, and treats patients in a very unprofessional way. Calling this office gives me anxiety because I never know if I’ll be treated with respect or hung up on. It is shocking that someone with such a poor attitude and lack of courtesy has been allowed to represent this office for years. Terrible online store service. Twice I tried to buy products on their website. The first time, they didn’t even know they accepted credit card payments, not just PayPal. As a result, they hassled me for days with payment verification and forced me to contact my bank to send them proof of payment. When I tried to make another purchase later, they informed me that the prices had changed, but the new prices weren’t yet updated on the website, so they couldn’t sell the item at the listed prices.
