I got COVID in July of 2021. I was hospitalized shortly after contracting it and then spent 31 days in the hospital. The doctors told me I wouldn’t leave the hospital without receiving a lung transplant. The hospital also tried to place me on a ventilator a total of three times, but I refused each time. I have had the worst experience with the front desk receptionist at this office. She consistently provides inaccurate information, misrepresents the practice, and treats patients in a very unprofessional way. Calling this office gives me anxiety because I never know if I’ll be treated with respect or hung up on. Terrible online store service. Twice I tried to buy products on their website. The first time, they didn’t even know they accepted credit card payments, not just PayPal. As a result, they hassled me for days with payment verification and forced me to contact my bank to send them proof of payment. When I tried to make another purchase later, they informed me that the prices had changed, but the new prices weren’t yet updated on the website, so they couldn’t sell the item at the listed prices. Dr. Reese is loving, caring, and thorough. He works extremely hard to reach the source of the problem and fix it if it's within his power. He takes a cerebral approach to each issue, and is very knowledgeable about so many illnesses that MDs are stumped by.
