If I could give a negative star to these guys would be great, They took our money and disappeared, and keep hanging up the phone on us . We tried so many times. They are thieves. I just called from unfamiliar number,Mr. Shahram recognized my voice and hanged up again. Run away from these people
If I could give a negative star, I would. This company is absolutely not recommended. I've had a technician come in for a review and he took a $200 deposit with him. which was cashed almost right away. The review was only for $100 and I was told if I did not purchase through Quantum that a refund would be guaranteed. That was November and I still have not received the refund. This company is the best company I have ever dealt with when it comes to your HVAC work. I cannot emphasize the professionalism, care, experience, and knowledge the team had. I personally met three members of the team including Shawn, Parham, and Pedro. Honestly, this team came in and solved a MAJOR problem I had from the day I bought the house.
