Quantrell may do awesome body work, but I'll never know. Took our 2022 Outback for an estimate on a Friday following an accident (wasn't my fault). Both passenger doors damaged. The staff was super nice and professional. But Monday came and no estimate. I called, the eatimater wasn't available. No call back. I emailed the insurance information to ensure they had the correct email. No acknowledgement. I called a second time. No call back. My wife called (maybe twice) no call back.
