Quantrell may do awesome body work, but I'll never know. Took our 2022 Outback for an estimate on a Friday following an accident (wasn't my fault). Both passenger doors damaged. The staff was super nice and professional. But Monday came and no estimate. I called, the eatimater wasn't available. No call back. I emailed the insurance information to ensure they had the correct email. No acknowledgement. I called a second time. No call back. My wife called (maybe twice) no call back. Paul did an excellent job addressing my side mirror issue. He was able to put the cover back on and buff out the scratches in the parking lot. He saved us a lot of time and money by doing this. I appreciate the excellent service!!
