They advertise as free collision estimates but that's not true! I was told they go by my insurance adjusters estimate and they would send supplements to the insurance company after it was repaired. Why would I let my car be fixed without knowing the cost of repairs upfront when I am responsible for whatever the insurance company does not pay? Not a good practice! However the lady at the front desk is amazing! She is so kind and helpful.

I am really holding out hope that the experience will improve. However, thus far, communication is fair at best. I literally learned more information about the potential status of my parts from Chat GPT last night. They keep giving me times that they will call with updates but I never receive the call and am, then, lucky if the answer my call. They suck had me waiting for an hour then proceeded to say they can’t do an estimate on damages to my car without insurance agent. Insurance and body shop is a scam. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Another customer was angry as well when i was inside with his service. This shop sucks
I decided to bring my Silverado here after sustaining several thousand dollars in damage to the front end. The repair couldn’t have turned out better. Spencer and Kelly were able to address all of my concerns and provided great customer service. Highly recommend
