They suck had me waiting for an hour then proceeded to say they can’t do an estimate on damages to my car without insurance agent. Insurance and body shop is a scam. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Another customer was angry as well when i was inside with his service. This shop sucks
I decided to bring my Silverado here after sustaining several thousand dollars in damage to the front end. The repair couldn’t have turned out better. Spencer and Kelly were able to address all of my concerns and provided great customer service. Highly recommend
After hitting a trash can on the interstate, it became lodged under my SUV. After my Subaru Foster was inspected/repaired at Quantrel Dealership, I was referred to Quantrel Collision Body Shop for front bumper inspection. Has to the worst not just body shop but business that I have ever dealt with. They tell you your vehicle poll be ready in 9 days, it isn’t they tell you they will call you with updates, they don’t. They tell you again it will be ready in 3 more days it isn’t. You ask to speak to the general manager, they tell you he’s standing right here and put you on hold. He never picks up the phone. The staff were all courteous. Spencer was informative and helped get my son’s truck fixed. Quality of work was great. I’m thankful I chose Quantrell Collision. Highly recommend!
