A frozen blizzard came threw my area and froze, my car into a block off ice. When I forced the trunk open. The weight of the ice bend my trunk and as well threw off the linemen of the trunk. Stranded travelers on way to Fl. Ran out of lane on interstate and plowed through snowbound damaging front bumper. Kelli Chapman and folks at Quantrell looked over entire vehicle including undercarriage to access damages. They were the very definition of southern hospitality. So thorough and professional. We had a nice experience here getting our Subaru fixed after a fender bender damaged the bumper and headlight. When they were done fixing her, our car looked as good as new! Quantrell is conveniently close to rental cars. When we dropped our car off for repairs, Enterprise was able to pick us up at the collision center to go pick up our rental.
