I had the best experience today. I had to drive an hour and a half to the dealership for an unknown issue and left very happy. Dustin and Haley were so helpful and spent extra time to make sure my car would be fixed as easily as possible for me considering my drive. They also spent additional time working through warranty issues. Very happy!
Picking up 2nd Pink Cadillac! 1/2 tank of gas with a brand car? Slightly disappointing.
Caveat emptor (buyer beware). 1.) Customer must keep records of warranteed parts as service department apparently does not. 2.) Get a second opinion from a mechanic you trust. Saved $5,100 in unnecessary repair cost as a result.
Very thankful for Dustin, Hayden, and the Quantrell service team that treat customers like family.
