I have taken several vehicles to this shop. I am not putting down their work or the customer service. I am giving them 3 stars because they charge a 10% fee on top of the agreed charge for the service they do, regardless of what they quote for work to be done. They claim it covers gaskets and other items, but why would that not be included in the cost of the job to be done for known things and not a percentage charge. The guys are always polite and very fair with prices. No pressure and NEVER any unexpected or additional charges (after the fact) that seem to rack up the total due at other shops.
