horrible customer service, Took over a month for minor repairs, returned car with splash shield all bent and smushed in the trunk,cut fog wire and have been stalling to repair it for a month now, when I took the car back for the splash shield to get put on they took over 3 hours. Not only but come to find out I had a nail in my left back tire and they didn’t inform me???!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE STAY CLEAR FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!
This place is great. Customer service is top notch - especially Byron and the woman at the front desks who’ve I’ve dealt with the few times I’ve been here. I had my car fixed by them via an insurance claim a few months ago and I noticed a repair they made needed to be fixed. So I brought it in and no questions asked they fixed it the very next day. Definitely recommend them.
do not trust this company with your vehicle! i brought my vehicle here after an accident, hoping that it would be repaired to its pre accident condition. however, they only repaired the bumper and didn't address any of the other damage caused from the accident. they didn't test drive the vehicle prior to assess all of the damage nor tested it after to ensure that anything was fixed. due to their neglect to thoroughly inspect the vehicle the first time, my insurance only payed for the bumper and i've had to pay for the remain... read more
