Bought a gun at the gun show, when, came time to pick it up, for the run around from the staff on what other documentation was needed, verses what was told to us at the show....what hassle

Horrible customer service. I've tried to exchange items on two separate occasions and was denied both times. The first product was because I didn't have an account with them during my purchase and the second product I bought under the recommendation of one of their staff, only to find out it was the wrong item. When I went to return it (now with an account and recite two days later) I was denied because the packaging was ripped. I was in town on vacation and thought I would go check this place out. I found the store to be clean, well organized and well stocked. I was not immediately greeted (I was after a few minutes) but they were busy and I actually prefer that over a smothering salesman. I build Ghillie suits and had never been into a shop that sold Ghillie building supplies, so I was pretty stoked to see that section. Stopped in about 2 weeks ago. The store was laid out differently from a previous visit, Inventory seemed to be better than before. Asked if they changed management and was told YES they have new management. New staff, etc seemed very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. While I didn't purchase anything on this visit, I will deffinitly head back for future visits.
