Very happy with my experience with Quant Care. My driver was attentive and made sure I got home safe from my procedure. When booking, the lady on the phone was very nice and easy to work with. All in all a good experience and recommend this service to anyone needing medical transportation services

We engaged Quant to transport our wheelchair bound mother to/from imaging tests at LGH. Exactly on time. Super clean transport van where the passenger can be secured without needing to get out of the wheelchair. Victir was very professional over the phone and in person. I highly recommend Quant and will use them again should the need arise.

My Mom was confined to a wheelchair and transportation was always a challenge. She travelled from North Vancouver to Burnaby Hospital every 3 weeks and not knowing if the taxi would arrive on time or even at all was a nightmare. Quant Care was more expensive than travelling by taxi but it was worth every penny for the peace of mind it brought. Vic and Miles were so kind and helpful and I was always comfortable travelling with them. I can't thank them enough!
